$65 million Partnership Deal Struck between Sterling and BADEA

Another milestone was reached by the Bank on Monday, February 18.  The Executive Director, Corporate and Investment Banking, Adeyemi Odubuyi signed on behalf of the Bank, two loan agreements worth $65 million with The Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA). The first agreement worth $15 million is to finance private sector projects and the second, worth $50 million is a line of credit for financing Arab Exports to African importers.Thanks to the deal signed, Nigerian businesses especially manufacturers, importers and exporters who have businesses with companies from North Africa and Arabian Peninsula can now access a special line of credit from the Bank.
