On this day, an auto-clearing script was incorrectly executed and inadvertently led to the reprocessing of some previous transactions. As a result, certain accounts experienced duplicate transfers, which have since been corrected. Please note that there was no unauthorized or illegal intrusion into the Sterling Pro platform, or any of the Bank’s infrastructure. All profiles, accounts, and funds remain perfectly secured. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and concern this may have caused.
